COVID-19 Policy

I Heart Rolfing will continue serving our clients during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are implementing several new policies to ensure that our office remains a safe and clean space for our work. Read more about our safety policies before scheduling.

Amidst concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its potential impact on personal health, social order, and public policy, I have decided to create a mandatory set of agreements between myself and my clients to ensure that we take mutual responsibility for the health and wellness of everyone who passes through our office. Prior to proceeding with Rolfing sessions it is mandatory that you read through our policies and sign an agreement.

Because Rolfing involves close one-on-one proximity for an extended period of time, I am taking many precautions with regards to my personal health and the health of my clients. These measures will be taken with utmost seriousness and with no exceptions. For starters, I am immediately reducing my client load to 1 per day. Simply put, although it is a choice that influences my personal economic situation, I believe it is the socially responsible thing to do to minimize foot traffic in and out of our office. We are also elevating sanitation standards and requiring clients who have been traveling, in large crowds, or near sick individuals to reschedule at least 2 weeks out.

If your appointment is canceled on short notice, please understand it is a matter of public safety and we will do our best to reschedule you as soon as possible.
